Cronuz work

i work as a security guard, doing mobile rounds in certain areas alone at night.

- 1 week ago i seized a man high on amphetamine who stole from 1 car and 2 personal belongings stashes, i held him for 30 minutes before police came.
(everything was captured on camera, my bosses bosses boss sent me a congratulations and job well done after the surveilance was gone through)

- Tonight i seized 2 people from Lithuania stealing, they didnt see me and i waited for them to come within 10 meters until i showed my self, their escape was futile which was something they soon realized, i held them under controll for 30 minutes until police came and took them in.

you dont get raises like that in norway.
everyone gets the same salary within the same work, but this gives me good credit if a higher position may open.
but if i want to get a beter paid job i need more education, since education is the basis in all work done here.
